  No wonder these stores keep closing down. Came in and was going to drop a couple grand on switches. Older guy (owner?) turned me away and didn't want my business

  Friendly service and advice nowadays as compared to a few years ago.
  
  Wish they had a service to upgrade computers rather than just sell parts.

  MSY is a great business to deal with if you need any hardware for your computer and you know a little about what you are doing. They can help with the rest of the info. and provide the parts at a great price. I have yet to find new parts cheaper elsewhere. The staff are always happy to help. It does get fairly busy at times though and you may need to wait in a queue so don't arrive 10 minutes before closing time.

  Although most of MSY Technology’s stores shutdown this one has to be the best to be up and running, there’s that same Chinese man with upmost respect and care for his customers. I Purchased a Ryzen 5 5800x at a reasonable price.

  I bought external hard drives, and recently ssds. All good stock, comes with Australian warranty. Best part, they always the prices slightly lesser (at least a dollar less) than other stores

  Absolutely, by far, THE WORST computer store to go to. I was running late and called up saying I would be 1 minute late and he flat out refused to stay open. Finally, I arrived 1 minute early and he had the audacity to try and refuse me. After a back and forth he told me to “Hurry up” and kept disrespecting me. I knew exactly what I wanted and it literally took 3 minutes!!!!!! Terrible, terrible service I will never go back any MSY. Scorptec much more professional. Stay away from this place

  These guys are absolutely terrific, most flexible owner I've ever worked with, any problems I've had with my purchases, they haven't hesitated repairing, returning or swapping.
  Stock isn't the best if you're after an uncommon item, although they can always order it in.
  Once you purchase from them, they do their absolute best to service you without extra fees.
  I highly recommend ordering your entire system from them, well worth the 40 minute drive for me, I will continue to use them over my local centrecom and cnet.
  I leave here with a smile every time.
