  Worked/still working with Rachel on the short term plan option to set up my future and save for my next property purchase. My situation is quite complex so I wasn’t sure what to expect but Rachel was great with working out the details and coming up with a few options. She did not shy away from the challenge!
  
  I now have an easy to follow plan in place for the next 18-24 months that aims for me to improve my cash flows and build up savings so I am ready for my next property purchase.
  
  I would highly recommend empower wealth as the system they use is detailed and tailored to suit you.
  
  Very happy as I know have a road map ahead and keen to reap the rewards in 24 months time

  We had a great experience with Paul; he was super friendly, very responsive, and we completely understood what we were getting ourselves into. We signed up to the "Gold" package - Advice, Planning, Broker, Buyer's agent - the lot. (Buyer's agent Anthony was also great). Got a nice investment property after a lot of (expected) palaver.
  
  Unfortunately, after Paul moved to a different firm we have felt like we don't really matter - like we're inconvenient leftovers of a previous employee. Slow response times, multiple phone and email reminders...
  
  The Empower broking team have basically told us to do it ourselves if we want to refinance (to release more equity to buy a car). "There's one price lenders give to brokers and another to individuals" is what we were told - which begs the question, why sign up to Empower when we could have got a better deal ourselves? After much discussion, they eventually came up with some options, and all of them were unattractive.
  
  We're now spending our valuable hours hitting the phones and going through outside brokers, who are getting much better refinance deals that the Empower team have been able to find.
  
  I will add that this is not because we have changed our income or outgoings - we used exactly the same figures for both companies. I understand interest rates are making a difference - but if other brokers can get us really good deals, why can't Empower?
  
  And of course, now we've paid our money joining Empower (big fans of the podcast, being the reason we went to them) we are not in a position to go elsewhere, or to follow Paul to his new company - as he made us feel as though we (and our money) actually mattered.
  
  Really disappointed, and a little bit grumpy. I don't think that the people looking after our old client manager's caseload are really invested in us, and that's really disappointing. Happy to be corrected, of course...

  I am very grateful that my friend told us about empower wealth. We are young professionals and very busy on weekdays, we hardly get time to plan about our future. Rachel really helped us in understanding our current financial standing by going in very detail about each aspect and listened to our desire and future goals. She created a very graphic plan for us with a very good , easy to understand commentary, she also explained us the plan and helped us how to read the numbers. Now, we have good strategy in hand and need to work towards it.
  Rachel was very patient with us and always on time in all our zoom meetings. She also provided good tips on how to manage our wealth.
  I would surely recommend Rachel and empower wealth to people, who needs to manage their wealth and secure their future.

  I am very grateful that I learned about Empower Wealth and purchased my first investment property with Mitch and his team. Mitch is an excellent buyers agent. He has a great communication skill and always made sure I fully understood our plan. He even worked on weekends and found a really nice property under my budget much quicker than I expected. He and his team made sure everything went smoothly from the beginning til end. Because of their hard work and good communication, I was able to focus on my full time job. I'm a young professional and saving time is the most important value for money. Paying the buyers agent fee was worth every cent. I will definitely recommend Mitch and his team to all my family and friends

  We have been with Empower Wealth for quite some time and we were now at a stage where we wanted to change our financial structure and plan for retirement. Working with Luke and his team has been such a pleasure. Dealing in the finance world can be quite complex, however this is Luke's area of expertise and not only that, Luke is able to break the process down to a point where you can understand it and feel confident with how to progress. Communication has been very clear and we have been kept informed at each stage of the process. Customer service is exceptional, which is what we have always received from the team at Empower Wealth.   The property plan with Empower Wealth really helped clarify a number of things for us. It has allowed us not only to have a path towards multiple investment properties but also created monthly benchmarks that we can tally our income and expense stories against. It has also had an immediate impact in helping to clearly define what we 'should spend on our family home as apposed to what we can spend right now to enable us to meet our long term goals.

  Fantastic job by Nicole and the Empower Wealth team!
  Nicole made the experience enjoyable and stress free with constant communication, attention to detail and patience while purchasing the investment property, and as result we couldn't be happier with the purchase. Nicole ensured every step ran smoothly and on time from scheduling inspections, to coordinating settlement and finding the best property manager and tenant.
